Customer ordering policy
Customers must provide accurate contact, pickup, delivery, and postal code information. Orders can be placed only when a store is open, approved, active, and accepting orders.
Restaurant policy
Restaurants are responsible for accurate menu details, prices, taxes, delivery zones, hours, and order fulfillment. EatEat.ca stores every order total at the time of checkout for clear records.
Privacy policy
Customer information is used to process the order and contact the customer about that order. Restaurants receive the details needed to prepare pickup or delivery orders.
Refund policy
Payment at store/delivery orders are handled directly by the restaurant. If online payments are added later, refund rules can be managed by EatEat.ca admin settings and restaurant policies.
